Cancellation Policy

𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 By booking this service, I am initialing and signing all initial and signature forms below. I acknowledge that it is essential to consult a doctor before participating in singing bowl or sound bath therapy if I have any medical conditions. Specific Risks Acknowledged: Epilepsy: I accept the risk of potential seizures triggered by certain sounds. Metal Implants: Vibrations could affect devices like pacemakers or artificial heart valves. Bodily Conditions: I will disclose any tumors, implants, or artificial joints to avoid direct bowl placement. Mental Health: Managing risks with healthcare providers if diagnosed with disorders such as PTSD. Skin Conditions: I will inform the practitioner about conditions like psoriasis to prevent bowl placement on affected areas. Pregnancy: I accept all risks related to therapy during pregnancy and will inform for necessary adjustments. Hearing Damage: Recognizing the risk of temporary or permanent hearing loss from the therapy. General Agreement: I understand that if I participate with a known condition, I assume full responsibility and will not hold the organizers liable for any physical or psychological harm that may arise. If I am booking for a group, I am responsible for ensuring all group members are informed of these risks and requirements. Singing bowl/sound bath therapy is complementary and not the sole treatment for any condition. I will notify the practitioner of all known medical conditions and any health changes. I will communicate any discomfort during sessions for adjustments. Either party may terminate a session at any time. Liability Waiver: For consideration received, I waive and release Gigi Turner and The Sound Bath of the Rockies, LLC, along with its staff and volunteers, from any claims related to the services provided.
