Preparing for Your Sound Bath Experience
Please bring a bed sheet or blanket to cover our cushioned floor mats. No need to bring a yoga mat. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and eat beforehand.
We require private sound baths to be booked 5 hours in advance online. However, if you would like to schedule a last minute private sound bath, please contact us at
