Preparing for Your Sound Bath Experience
Please bring a bed sheet or blanket to cover the cushioned floor mats provided. No need to bring a yoga mat—just something to protect the mats and keep you cozy!
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water,
and eat beforehand.
We require private sound baths to be booked 5 hours in advance online. However, if you would like to schedule a last minute private sound bath, please contact us at
