During the tea ceremony, we will mindfully  savor our tea, allowing ourselves to fully experience its aroma, taste, and warmth. This will be followed by a guided sound bath, where you will be bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments. As you relax into the sounds, you will be guided to release any tension or stress held in the body, and to connect with a deeper sense of peace and well-being.
