We welcome you to a Singing Bowls of the Rockies experience! This is an opportunity for you to let go of the stress and tension of daily life and tap into a state of deep relaxation and meditation as Gigi Turner PsyD leads you through a relaxing sound bath.  Find peace in the resonant frequencies of over 70 Crystal Singing Bowls and Tibetan Singing Bowls including 5 sets of Chakra Tuned Singing Bowls, Crystal Quartzophone Harp, Zaphir Chimes, Bar Chimes, Flutes, Rain Stick, Buffalo Drum, Ocean Drum, Steel Tongue Drum, Handpans, Kalimba, Tingshas and other instruments from around the world.

As you enter our studio, we invite you to get comfortable on our floor mats. We can provide pillows, blankets, and a bed sheet to cover the floor mat, however we appreciate it if you could bring your own. Once we are settled, we will go through a short guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey. After our sound bath, Gigi will hold space for an herbal tea ceremony where we will be able to awaken from the sound bath and connect with the circle.

We hope you walk out feeling relaxed, restored, and rejuvenated.

WHAT TO BRING:

Dress comfortably and bring water. If possible, we ask that you please bring your own blanket, pillow, and bed sheet for our floor mats. We can provide these items for you if you're unable to bring them.

MEDICAL NOTICE, PLEASE READ:

If you have any serious medical condition  (i.e. metal in the body brain injury, epilepsy, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally, please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath, thank you!
