We welcome you to a Singing Bowls of the Rockies experience! This is an opportunity for you to rest and receive. Find peace in the resonant frequencies of singing bowls, chimes, drums, flute, gongs, and many other instruments as Gigi leads you through a restorative sound bath.

While lying down, we will begin our experience with a short guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey to calm the nervous system. You will walk out feeling relaxed, restored, and rejuvenated.

After our sound bath, Gigi will hold space for an herbal tea ceremony where we will be able to awaken from the sound bath and connect with the circle. 

WHAT TO BRING:

Dress comfortably and bring water. There will be mats available but if possible, please bring your own blanket, pillow, and bed sheet for both your comfort and for covid precautions. We can provide these items for an extra $3.

If you have any medical condition (epilepsy, metal in the body, brain injury, etc) please get  written permission from your health provider before joining us, as some conditions do not take well to the vibrations of sound baths. These are preventative measures, since in most cases health providers give permission.
