Come and join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation! This event is designed to help you find inner peace and calm through the combined power of mindfulness practice and sound therapy.

We will start the evening with a guided meditation, allowing you to fully connect with the present moment and release any tension or worries. Next, we'll transition into a Sound Bath, where you'll be immersed in a soothing soundscape created by a variety of instruments, including singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and more. 

After the Sound Bath, we will continue the evening with a Tea Circle. You'll be able to enjoy a comforting cup of tea, and connect with members of our local community.
