Step into the 'Cellular Massage of Sound,' a sound bath experience designed to engage you at your deepest cellular level. Sound waves, when produced at certain frequencies, have the incredible ability to interact with our bodies, resonating with our cells and promoting harmony and balance. As these frequencies reverberate, they stimulate our body's natural healing processes, promote relaxation, and help to release energetic blockages. 

With a symphony of Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, complemented by an array of other specially selected instruments, the event ensures a profound sense of well-being. This isn't just an auditory experience; it's a journey where sound becomes a therapeutic tool, offering relaxation, rejuvenation, and a deeper understanding of one's self.

ITINERARY:

Upon arrival, make yourself comfortable on our plush mats as we set collective intentions for the evening. A brief guided meditation will pave the way for our sonic journey. Next, our sound therapist Gigi Turner PsyD, will guide us through a captivating soundscape. She'll employ a wide range of instruments which may include: 70 Crystal Singing Bowls and Tibetan Singing Bowls including 5 sets of Chakra Tuned Singing Bowls, Crystal Quartzophone Harp, Zaphir Chimes, Bar Chimes, Flutes, Rain Stick, Buffalo Drum, Ocean Drum, Steel Tongue Drum, Handpans, Kalimba, Tingshas and other instruments from around the world.

WHAT TO BRING:

If possible, we ask that you please bring your own blanket or bedsheet to cover our cushioned floor mats. No yoga mat needed! We can provide these items for you if you're unable to bring them. Please dress comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand.

MEDICAL NOTICE, PLEASE READ:

If you have any serious medical condition  (i.e. metal in the body brain injury, epilepsy, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally, please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath, thank you!
