ABOUT THIS EVENT:

We welcome you to a Singing Bowls of the Rockies experience! This is an opportunity for you to rest and receive. Find peace in the resonant frequencies of singing bowls, chimes, drums, flute, and many other instruments as Gigi leads you through a restorative sound bath.

We will begin our experience with an opening circle. While laying down, we will have a guided meditation to encourage our hearts to open up to heal any ancestral trauma that our elders anad ancestors may have endured and unconsciously passed onto us. A 60 minute sound bath will lull you into a deeply relaxed state with gentle healing vibrations. We will come back to the present with a gratitude closing circle.

WHAT TO BRING: 

Dress comfortably and bring water. There will be mats available but if possible, please bring your own blanket, pillow, and bed sheet for both your comfort and for covid precautions. We can provide these items for an extra $3.

MEDICAL NOTICE: If you have any medical condition, make sure you talk to your doctor first, before joining us for a sound bath, as some conditions do not take well to the vibrations of sound baths (i.e. metal in the body). Please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us as well, thank you!
