ITINERARY:

As you enter our studio, we invite you to get comfortable on our floor mats. We can provide pillows, blankets, and a bed sheet to cover the floor mat, however we appreciate it if you could bring your own. Once we are settled, we will go through a short guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey as Gigi T.
