Return to Self is a restorative sound bath designed to support integration, nervous system regulation, and deep emotional rest following the heightened energy of the Summer Solstice. Through immersive sound and vibration, crystal singing bowls, gong resonance, and calming atmospheric instruments help guide the body into a more grounded and regulated state.
This experience is intentionally softer, slower, and deeply restorative.
