Join us under the tranquil embrace of the New Moon for an ethereal evening of sound healing and inner exploration. Our New Moon Sound Bath is a unique event designed to align your energy with the renewing power of the lunar cycle, offering a serene escape from the hustle of everyday life.

As the new moon marks a time for new beginnings and self-reflection, this sound bath provides the perfect setting to set intentions, release old patterns, and cultivate a sense of peace and clarity. The event will be guided by Gigi Turner PsyD, our sound bath practitioner, whose expertise in vibrational healing creates a deeply immersive and transformative experience.

What to Expect:

• Opening Meditation: Begin with a guided meditation to center your thoughts and open your heart to the healing journey ahead.
• Sound Bath Experience: Immerse yourself in the resonating sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, flutes and many other harmonic instruments from around the world. The vibrations will envelope you, facilitating deep relaxation and a meditative state.
• Intention Setting: Harness the energy of the new moon to set personal intentions, fostering growth and positive change in your life.
• Closing Reflections: Conclude the evening with a brief session of communal sharing, where attendees can reflect on their experience and share insights in a supportive and nurturing environment.

WHAT TO BRING:

If possible, we ask that you please bring your own blanket or bedsheet to cover our cushioned floor mats, and your favorite pillow. No yoga mat needed! We can provide these items for you if you're unable to bring them. Please dress comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand.

For the best experience and to ensure a harmonious start for all participants, we kindly request your timely arrival. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Doors open 7 minutes before event start time.

If you have any serious medical condition  (i.e. metal in the body brain injury, epilepsy, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath.
