ABOUT THIS EVENT:

We welcome you to a Singing Bowls of the Rockies experience! This is an opportunity for you to rest and tap into the wisdom of masculine energy.

Find peace in the resonant frequencies of singing bowls, chimes, drums, flute, and many other instruments as Gigi leads you through a restorative sound bath.

While lying down, we will begin our experience with a brief guided meditation, followed by a sound bath to ground you, as well as envisioning us collectively waking up to and embodying greater Divine Truth.

You will walk out feeling relaxed, restored, and supported by a loving and conscious community.

WHAT TO BRING:

Dress comfortably and bring water. There will be mats available but if possible, please bring your own blanket, pillow, and bed sheet for both your comfort and for covid precautions. We can provide these items for an extra $3.
