ABOUT THIS EVENT:

We welcome you to a Singing Bowls of the Rockies experience! This is an opportunity for you to rest and receive. Find peace in the resonant frequencies of singing bowls, chimes, drums, flute, and many other instruments as Gigi leads you through a restorative sound bath. While lying down, we will begin our experience with a short guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey to calm the nervous system. You will walk out feeling relaxed, restored, and rejuvenated.

WHAT TO BRING: 

Dress comfortably and bring water. There will be mats available but if possible, please bring your own blanket, pillow, and bed sheet for both your comfort and for covid precautions. We can provide these items for an extra $3.

If you have any medical condition, make sure you talk to your doctor first, before joining us for a sound bath. Please inform Gigi of your condition before starting. We ask this because the vibrations may not be in harmony with some conditions. Of course, I can always return your money if we feel that it may not be the thing for you. Sound baths are wonderful, but like everything else, it is not for everyone.
