The dancing class will join the full sound bath that will start immediately after the dancing. With the full moon in Cancer, this experience begins with an ecstatic dance to support emotional release, followed by a grounding sound bath to integrate and settle the nervous system.

About the event
This experience brings together two distinct but complementary practices: a guided Ecstatic Dance followed by a restorative Sound Bath, aligned with the energy of the full moon in Cancer—a potent time for emotional release, embodiment, and integration.
We begin with an Ecstatic Dance journey led by Alicia Wagner of SolRise Collective, inviting you to reconnect with the body as a source of wisdom, expression, and healing. Under the illumination of the full moon, movement becomes a way to gently surface and release emotional weight that may have been held beneath the surface.
Our bodies hold the wisdom and healing we are seeking, and movement is one of our greatest medicines. In this workshop, we explore the healing codes that live within us, allowing emotion to move through the physical body so it can be felt, expressed, and released.
