It’s hard to feel inspired when you’re running on empty.

If life has become a cycle of working, catching up, and taking care of everyone else, give yourself something that replenishes you.

On November 22, join Singing Bowls of the Rockies for a sound bath inspired by the fire, freedom, and optimism of Sagittarius season. This is time to unwind—and reconnect with the interests, dreams, and experiences you want to make room for.

Lie back as the deep resonance of Tibetan bowls and gongs blends with the clear tones of crystal singing bowls and delicate chimes. With your phone tucked away and your responsibilities paused, let the sound become the focus of your attention.

Sagittarius’s archer gives this gathering its intention: Where do you want to aim your energy next? Bring a possibility you’ve been putting off, a desire for change, or simply yourself, ready for some care.

Give yourself space…
