About the event
This experience brings together two distinct but complementary practices: a guided Ecstatic Dance followed by a restorative Sound Bath. You’re welcome to join us for the dance, the sound bath, or both!
We begin with an Ecstatic Dance journey led by Seraphina Rae King of SolRise Collective, inviting you to reconnect with the body as a source of wisdom, expression, and healing. Through guided movement, the body becomes a pathway to gently surface and release emotional weight that may have been held beneath the surface.
Our bodies hold the wisdom and healing we are seeking, and movement is one of our greatest medicines. In this workshop, we explore the healing codes that live within us, allowing emotion to move through the physical body so it can be felt, expressed, and released.
