About the event
Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, is a deeply meaningful tradition celebrated across Latin America, particularly in Mexico. Families honor and remember their loved ones by creating altars adorned with offerings, candles, and photos. It’s a time to reconnect with those who have passed, keeping their memories alive in a celebration of life and the ongoing cycle of death and rebirth.
Although Gigi, our sound bath facilitator, hails from Brazil—where Día de los Muertos isn’t traditionally observed—her connection to the Latina community and her deep reverence for ancestral traditions make this day especially meaningful. She invites you to join her in using the healing power of sound as a way to reflect, remember, and honor those who have passed.
