Join us for a special Easter Sound Bath event to help you connect with the spirit of renewal and rebirth. During this unique experience, you will be immersed in a relaxing soundscape created by crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments.

As you listen to the harmonious vibrations, you will be guided through a meditation that encourages deep relaxation, inner reflection, and a sense of renewal. This Sound Bath is designed to calm your mind, and soothe your body, allowing you to fully let go of any stress and tension you may be holding onto.

After the sound bath, you will have the opportunity to share your experience with the group and enjoy some light refreshments. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, deepen your spiritual practice, and celebrate the Easter holiday in a unique and meaningful way. No prior experience with sound healing or meditation is necessary – all are welcome!

WHAT TO BRING:

Please bring a blanket or sheet to cover our padded floor mats, and anything else that would make you most comfortable lying down.  Don't forget to dress comfortably and bring water as well.

If you have any serious medical condition  (i.e. metal in the body brain injury, recent surgery, epilepsy, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath.
