If you are not familiat with chakras, our 7 chakras are energy centers in the body that correspond to specific physical, emotional, and spiritual states. The vibrations and frequencies of the sounds will resonate with each chakra, helping to release any blockages and tension, and leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. 

This event is suitable for all levels of experience and no prior knowledge of chakras is necessary. It is open to anyone who is looking to improve their overall well-being, whether it be physical, emotional or spiritual.
