We welcome you to a Singing Bowls of the Rockies experience! During this event, you will have the opportunity cleanse stagnant energy within your 7 chakras. If you are not familiat with chakras, our 7 chakras are energy centers in the body that correspond to specific physical, emotional, and spiritual states. The vibrations and frequencies of the sounds will resonate with each chakra, helping to release any blockages and tension, and leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. 

This event is suitable for all levels of experience and no prior knowledge of chakras is necessary. It is open to anyone who is looking to improve their overall well-being, whether it be physical, emotional or spiritual. 

As you enter our studio, we invite you to get comfortable on our floor mats. We can provide pillows, blankets, and a bed sheet to cover the floor mat, however, we appreciate it if you could bring your own. Once we are settled, Gigi Turner PsyD will guide you through a short guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey. Find peace in the resonant frequencies of over 70 Crystal Singing Bowls and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Quartzophone Harp, Zaphir Chimes, Gong, Bar Chimes, Flutes, Gong, Quartz Crystal Pyramids, Rain Stick, Buffalo Drum, Ocean Drum, Steel Tongue Drum, Handpans, Kalimba, Tingshas and other instruments from around the world.

HOW TO PREPARE / WHAT TO BRING:

• Bring a blanket or bedsheet to cover our cushioned floor mats (can be provided if needed). Anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down.
• Dress comfortably
• Eat beforehand
• Bring water
• Bring a journal to write any insights or ideas you might have during the sound bath

MEDICAL NOTICE, PLEASE READ:

If you have any serious medical condition  (i.e. metal in the body brain injury, epilepsy, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally, please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath, thank you!
