Join us for a Chakra Aligning Sound Bath experience! Using the soothing vibrations of 5 sets of chakra tuned singing bowls and other healing instruments, this event will guide you through a deep journey of relaxation and inner exploration. The sound waves will help to balance and align your seven chakras, and promote a sense of physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony. 

ITINERARY:

As you enter our studio, we invite you to get comfortable on our floor mats. We can provide pillows, blankets, and a bed sheet to cover the floor mat, however we appreciate it if you could bring your own. Once we are settled, we will go through a short guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey as Gigi T.
