ABOUT THIS EVENT: 

We welcome you to a Singing Bowls of the Rockies experience! This is an opportunity for you to rest and receive. Find peace in the resonant frequencies of singing bowls, chimes, drums, flute, and many other instruments as Gigi leads you through a restorative sound bath.

While lying down, we will begin our experience with a short guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey to calm the nervous system. You will walk out feeling relaxed, restored, and rejuvenated.

After our sound bath, Gigi will hold space for a cacao ceremony where we will journey with ancient ceremonial cacao medicine to open our hearts, connect inward, and explore the grand scope of our lives and spiritual paths.

WHAT TO BRING: 

Dress comfortably and bring water. There will be mats available but if possible, please bring your own blanket, pillow, and bed sheet for both your comfort and for covid precautions. We can provide these items for an extra $3.

MEDICAL NOTICE: 

If you have any medical condition, make sure you talk to your doctor first, before joining us for a sound bath, as some conditions do not take well to the vibrations of sound baths (i.e. metal in the body). Please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us as well, thank you!
