Come join us for a deeply immersive experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! Our Sound Bath and Cacao Ceremony event is an opportunity to indulge your senses and connect with your inner self.

During the event, you will be guided through a meditation with the ancient plant medicine of cacao, known for its heart-opening properties. As you enjoy the rich, flavorful cacao, you will be invited to set an intention for the experience ahead.

Next, settle in for a nourishing sound bath, where you will be bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. The vibrations will gently wash over you, clearing out any stagnant energy and allowing you to sink deeper into a state of relaxation.

Throughout the event, you will be supported by our experienced facilitator, Gigi, who will hold space for you to fully surrender to the experience. Whether you are new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner, this event is an opportunity to deepen your connection to yourself and the world around you.

ITINERARY:

As you enter our studio, we invite you to get comfortable on our cushioned floor mats. Once we are settled, we will go through a short guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey as Gigi T. PsyD creates a calming symphony with 70 Crystal Singing Bowls and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Quartzophone Harp, Zaphir Chimes, Bar Chimes, Flutes, Rain Stick, Buffalo Drum, Ocean Drum, Steel Tongue Drum, Handpans, Kalimba, Tingshas and other instruments from around the world.

HOW TO PREPARE / WHAT TO BRING:

• Bring a blanket or bedsheet to cover our cushioned floor mats (can be provided if needed). Anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down.
• Dress comfortably
• Eat beforehand
• Bring water
• Bring a journal to write any insights or ideas you might have during the sound bath

MEDICAL NOTICE, PLEASE READ:

If you have any serious medical condition  (i.e. metal in the body brain injury, recent surgery epilepsy, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally, please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath, thank you!
