• Bellydance Session with Mara: 3:00 - 3:45pm. Embark on a 45-minute lesson with Mara, exploring the fundamental movements and rhythms of bellydance. This session is perfect for beginners and designed to inspire with Mara's unique blend of traditional and contemporary dance styles.

• Sound Bath Experience: 4:15 - 5:15pm. Following the dance, unwind in a 1-hour sound bath. Allow the harmonic frequencies of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to envelop you, promoting deep relaxation, stress release, and mental clarity.
