Back to School Special Sunday healing Sound Bath
After brief introductions and a gentle breath-work, I will guide you into comfort, so we can get centered within, while the bowls begin, I will encourage you to go with the flow, allowing your body to do what it needs to receive the vibration and the beautiful sounds of the 100 bowls and more.

We now host daily group sessions!
Information about Group Sound Baths:
To begin our group sound bath session, we start with brief introductions, discuss expectations and intentions, and answer any questions that may arise. Please bring comforting items such as pillows, and blankets, sleeping bags is perfect.
Once everyone is comfortable, you will then be guided to focus on your breath to become comfortable and relaxed. I encourage you to allow your body and mind to receive the sounds and vibration of the singing bowls.
This is an experience that may help us to bring peace to our mind and spirit, and allows us to synchronize our vibrations and energy. I ask that our group explores various ways to connect with our higher selves, and enjoy the experience of deep relaxation.
