Welcome to our Heart Chakra Sound Bath, where we will focus on nurturing love and compassion. The heart chakra is the center of love and our connection to others, and can be blocked by feelings of fear and isolation. Through the power of sound, we will open our hearts and release these emotions. With the use of singing bowls and other healing instruments, we will work to balance and activate the heart chakra, creating a space for self-love and forgiveness. By cultivating love and compassion within ourselves, we can better connect with others and create a positive impact in the world. We also have a special guest, Leandra, who will be incorporating aromatherapy into our sound bath, with the use of essential oils for the heart chakra. Here is her bio below. Please let us know if you have any adverse reactions to any type of essential oils. 

Leandra is a dedicated massage therapist and nutritionist who fell in love with essential oils in 2018 for their purity and effectiveness. As a massage therapist for over a decade, Leandra was amazed at how the oils affected both her clients and herself in ways no other oil had. Leandra's passion for helping people heal and achieve wellness through the use essential oils and supplements continues to grow, and she looks forward to sharing her knowledge and experiences with others.

ITINERARY:

As you enter our studio, we invite you to get comfortable on our cushioned floor mats. Once we are settled, we will go through a short guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey as Gigi T. PsyD creates a calming symphony with 70 Crystal Singing Bowls and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Quartzophone Harp, Zaphir Chimes, Bar Chimes, Flutes, Rain Stick, Buffalo Drum, Ocean Drum, Steel Tongue Drum, Handpans, Kalimba, Tingshas and other instruments from around the world.

HOW TO PREPARE / WHAT TO BRING:

• Bring a blanket or bedsheet to cover our cushioned floor mats (can be provided if needed). Anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down.
• Dress comfortably
• Eat beforehand
• Bring water
• Bring a journal to write any insights or ideas you might have during the sound bath

MEDICAL NOTICE, PLEASE READ:

If you have any serious medical condition  (i.e. metal in the body brain injury, epilepsy, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath.
