Service Description

Crystal Light Therapy is a method of relaxation whereby 7 LED lights shine through seven quartz crystals onto the 7 energy areas of the body, also known as Chakras. Each light radiates a color and vibrational frequency respective to one of the chakras to harmonize and balance the energy of that chakra. This occurs while lying on a raised bed with the light shining above you.  The Chakras are: 1. The Crown Chakra (violet): Represents the soul, higher self, and purpose 2. Third Eye Chakra (indigo): Represents intuition and wisdom 3. Throat Chakra (blue): Represents self-expression and clear communication 4. Heart Chakra (green): Represents love, integration, compassion 5. Solar Plexus Chakra (yellow): Represents will power, confidence, and intellect 6. Sacral Chakra (orange): Represents your emotional state and creativity 7. To cancel or reschedule before 24 hours notice, please call us at 719-464-3444. We allow cancelations and rescheduling up to 24 hours before a sound bath. Any cancellation or rescheduling within these 24 hours cannot be refunded. The owner has the right to be flexible here.
