Join us for a guided, experiential workshop led by Donna Santistevan Kovac, a certified trauma therapist with over 25 years of experience. Donna will walk attendees through reflective and identity-based exercises designed to help uncover what may be holding you back and teach practical tools to reach for the strength and power already within you — so you can begin living the life you truly dream of.

Participants will engage in guided journaling, voice and identity exercises, and empowering declaration practices in a supportive group environment.

Following the workshop experience, you’ll hear an inspirational message from Pastor Melinda Joy Mingo, focused on hope, identity, and forward movement.

We will close the evening with a deeply grounding healing sound bath experience with Singing Bowls of the Rockies, designed to help participants integrate, reset, and leave feeling centered and renewed.
