Reiki:

As the gentle tones of the singing bowls begin, Jamie will channel the subtle and soothing energy of Reiki, flowing in tandem with the sounds around you. This ancient practice, rooted in the wisdom of simplicity, seeks to restore the natural balance and harmony within your body. Reiki is not about achieving or striving but simply allowing. It eases tension, releases the knots of stress, and brings a quiet sense of peace, as the energy of life itself moves freely once more.

Sound Bath:  

As the Reiki continues, Gigi will guide you through a landscape of sound, using singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to create vibrations that resonate deeply within you. These sounds are not just heard but felt, as they gently lead your mind from its restless chatter to a place of stillness. In this state, the boundaries between you and the sound dissolve, and you may find yourself simply being—free from anxiety, free from tension.

This session is a gentle reminder of the unity of mind, body, and spirit—a chance to reconnect with the simple and profound sense of being that is always there, just beneath the surface. Come, not to seek, but to find what has always been within you.

ABOUT JAMIE STOUCH: 

Meet Jamie Stouch, the founder of Inner Essence Oasis. Jamie’s journey began over a decade ago in Costa Rica with a transformative reiki session. Since then, she has cultivated a strong yoga practice and, in 2021, completed her Yoga Teacher Training and Reiki Master Training in Baja, Mexico.

Reiki, yoga, and sound healing have been Jamie’s guiding lights through life’s darkest moments, helping her find new levels of healing and strength. With 13 years as a compassionate nurse, Jamie weaves deep empathy and wisdom into her sessions. Jamie’s heartfelt mission is to share the profound healing she has experienced with every soul she encounters, guiding them towards their own spiritual awakening and inner peace.

WHAT TO BRING, PLEASE READ:

Please bring a blanket or bedsheet to cover our padded cushions, your favorite pillow. There is no need to bring a yoga mat. Dress comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand.

For the best experience and to ensure a harmonious start for all participants, we kindly request your timely arrival. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Doors open 7 minutes before event start time.
