Begin your journey into the world of sound baths and self-healing. This course combines introspection, practical techniques, and hands-on experience to prepare you for guiding others in their healing and wellness journeys through the power of sound.

Course Highlights:

- Self-Discovery and Self-Healing:

  Delve into your own healing process with guided meditations, journaling exercises, and self-reflection to uncover and address emotional and energetic blockages.

- Educational Videos and Discussions:

  Watch selected videos on self-healing, sound therapy, and holistic health. Engage in group discussions to share insights and deepen your understanding.

- Practical Techniques:

  Learn and practice key techniques in sound healing, including the use of singing bowls, tuning forks, and other sound instruments. Gain hands-on experience in creating a healing environment and using sound for relaxation and emotional release.

- Peer Practice:

  Work with fellow students in a supportive environment. Practice techniques on each other, provide and receive feedback, and grow together.

- Assisting with Sound Bath Events:

  Once confident and competent, assist with actual sound bath events. This real-world experience hones your skills and helps you understand the dynamics of leading group healing sessions.

Course Details:

- Schedule: 5 Classes on Tuesdays starting August 13th, from 6-7:30 pm.

- Class Size: Maximum of 6 students.

- Level: This is Level #1.

- Cost: $300 for all 5 classes.
